Heard that adjustment pay quite aggressive, now nurse starting pay is 4.0 to 4.3k. True or not ah?

I'm not a healthcare worker, but if this is really true, I definitely support it. Their nature of work and workload is really deserving of this. They should be paid a premium compared to other healthcare workers (doctors are in a category of their own of course).

Can you imagine . Last time when I just joined in 2010.. my starting pay was only $2800 for a nus uni grad AHP.

AHPs are usually bachelors/masters degree holders.
They do much high level work.
I rem our govt used to consider nurses blue-collar/unskilled and its not without reasons.
They do alot of mundane caregiver work
AHPs deserve higher pay than nurses.
I reckon they are at APN level of nurses
