Technical scheme likely all 4% only. Talk big and have everyone waited for 1+ years then gave such. Jokers sia. Those who don't bother to wait and left you all really made a smart move. Add what 13th month to "boost" the pay to show comparable to private. But private pay increment or promotion increment or even bonuses you also can't match. Lucky i didn't gave a good review during survey
