When jumping from one civil service agency to another, will salary/rank(MX13,12,..) stay the same?

Are there problems and limitations with switching from one agency to another?

So in 3.5 years you move from MX13 to MX11.
You must be high flyer. And surprise you have B twice but so quickly receive promotion.

Care to share some details on salary progression, age, some idea on what kind of role you in? Support or policy?

Haven't been not on this threads for some time. Look like the so called "civil servants" here must have setup their own fantasy ministries/stat boards to determine their own career progression/CEP. Instead of dreaming on and frustrating of not getting that grade at certain age (esp for those old birds who claimed <35 B grader but actually already 40+ and hentai taki), why not sign yourself as politician in next GE and earn 100x the amount?

Aiya, this fella who said he/she got straight Bs in just a few years and whining that it is insufficient......is nothing more than an empty vessel (that is making the most noise).

He/she is expecting forumers to say stuff like "wow, u are so capable" and "I think u are doing absolutely well, why leave"

oh well.

Anyone currently or previously with MAS? Possible to share on the pay scales of the various senior officer grades, and how they peg to the MX salary grades?

Thanks.

so if u r on the higher end of ur salary range ur % increment will actually be lower than ur colleague on the lower end of the scale wif the same performance grade
The fixed quantum for increment is based on MX scheme?

My increment always consist of dollars & cents, but it was a nice whole figure (up to 1 decimal place) in terms of %. Thus I believe mine is based on %... I am on a specialised scheme BTW.
