I take it you are not 100% happy at your current job. Look for another job and see what you can find. You will better know where you stand after you apply for jobs and go for interviews.

Yes I was rejected by CS. In real life I am only earning 3k a month, so I come to the forum to troll people everyday. It gives me a false sense of superiority and I also enjoy the attention.
