Specialist scheme are the ones that pay up to 5k for a FCH.

I think this is an average progression

Bro, mind sharing what's the range of paygrade for MX 11? Yes, appears to be low for MX 11. Poster above you got promoted and received more than 5K.

Just got recruited into a stat board. The range of paygrade is 53xx - 77xx. May I check what's the corresponding mx grade. Is it MX11?

Monthly variable
Non pension variable component

Does the above include PB and allowances?

Im a fresh grad, with NS. 25 this year. In ministry.

This chart from salary.sg is accurate. I'm in the lower of the 2 ranges.

Pay grade: MX11
Job title: Manager, Assistant Director

just wondering how did you sign? they mailed you the contract to sign then you mailed back? don't think you can go down to sign physically during this period?
