Not sure about the PSLP allowance. Usually scholars are groomed, so they usually take the top tiers of performance ranking unless the F up big time. So their package is relatively big i guess?

I guess we didnt ask about PSLP allowance cause all fresh grad haha and just started last year.

My friend fch ns lta offered 4 in policy roles, and free 120 for mrt each mth lol
Not so high for uniformed. Only 4+ for normal FCH until they become captain which is about 5.5 for FCH.

You become a cpt the year after when you pass all the ippt and stuffs. Most people will progress to be a captain.

If one doesnt make it. Then thats really sad.

I applied for the position of deputy manager / manager post at LTA but was verbally offered as a grade 7 assistant manager instead of the title I was interviewed. Can any kind soul advise who decide on the title given to me? The HR or hiring manager? TIA!

DXO related (different scheme) can give ~5k for fresh grad. Have a arts major friend with FCH who has that offer. I heard that they usually ot a lot though. Something along the lines of 7pm - 10pm is normal. Not worth it in my opinion.

it's your profile and experience - for fresh grad and <3 years of work experience, the CS usually emplace people on the assistant manager post instead.

what about the salary?

CS Vs LTA grade
assistant manager - executive
Manager - assistant manager
Senior manager - deputy manager
Assistant director - manager
Snr asst dir - senior manager

I got my degree later while working in the private sector and is holding a non-degree holder or not executive post. I have 9 years of working experience and was offered the salary of $3900 in LTA.
