DXO related (different scheme) can give ~5k for fresh grad. Have a arts major friend with FCH who has that offer. I heard that they usually ot a lot though. Something along the lines of 7pm - 10pm is normal. Not worth it in my opinion.

Your annual increment is $500 on average. This is really fast. Some may not even hit 6k after 10years

Applied as SM but got M instead. Pay wise not significant increase from current

Sometimes other than work experiences, it also depends how mich confidence the interviewers have in you to do an SM job. So put you as M first to see how you perform.
