Firstly, my idea isnt bloody neither it was asleep. My batchmate didnt make it pass the police recruitment although he also served in SPF PNS.
Super weird system they have. Anyway you have a NTU degree, make the most out of it. Even Pass/3rd class is still worth something.

i should certainly hope not since all our money is there for "safekeeping" and i wou'dnt like to think the people working there are all being handsomely paid using MY MONEY

It's a dead end place that is even more bureaucratic then ministries. Probably one of the bottom 3 paying stat board.
