there is no such thing as trainee pay. as long as sign on regular, all get full pay. that's why the liquidated damages also DAMN high if you dun perform/resign before the 2 years bond.

Not sure if it is open one. Cause was told to me by my prof who frequently works with mcys. So qte heng heng got it.
Grade there is temporary mxo 13. so exact same pay as normal fresh grad under MX scheme, just that because is casual, no benefits like bonus/leave/off. no work = no pay for the day.
