I will be moving over to a new job soon, the verbal offer is around 32% higher p.a., hopefully no issue.

2020: 66k (1st job after PhD, no PB)
2021: 66k
2022: 78k (1st increment at the same company)
2023: 105k (job change, now with PB)
2024: 112k
2025: 121k (job change) - 132k (job change again, approximate figure only because haven't receive the PB in my newest job)

36yo. Professional Engineer in consultant firm. Earning between 172k to 185k not including RSU.

Congrats. Can you share a bit more like how you achieve it? How did you negotiate a new salary unlinked to last drawn? Was it networking into the role or open app? I think many of use will benefit from the tips. Hope you are able to help.
