baker's current NQ pay is 8K, friends who signed their 2023 TCs earlier this month confirmed that with HR

but mixed reactions, might add up to a pay cut for the first 2 years after graduation:

current structure: $12K in TC pay (6 months x $2K) + 90K for NQ (12 months x $7.5K) + $51K for half of 1PQE (6 months x $8.5K) = $153K

post-2023 structure: $24K in TC pay (12 months x $2K) + 96K for NQ (12 months x $8K) = $120K

wow so despite the increased training period to a year firms won't be raising the TC allowance even slightly?

Ya curious to know. Will all future trainees be kept on 2k trainee pay for the additional 6 months of training? Are the firms not going to pay?

Most people date for 5-8 years before marrying. How sure can you be of the partner if you date less than 5 years such that you won’t end up divorcing?

It’s not about BTO. And besides HDB in good location like pinnacle at duxton alr how much? $1M?
