It’s not about BTO. And besides HDB in good location like pinnacle at duxton alr how much? $1M?

Most people in their twenties la. Once you hit 30 the schedule shrinks especially if they want kids. You’re clearly still young.
Hustle hard and you can also afford your $1m HDB, whether worth it or not…

If the object is to make $, definitely the international route
The chances of making equity partner (and I don't mean the non-equity partner / counsel / director / whathaveyounot) is as low a probability as or at best slightly better than an international firm. There is no assurance that one will make equity - local, international and everything in between
Bear in mind that the entry level NQ at the intl firm earns the same or more than a sg junior partner and the SA will be earning the same or more than an average non equity partner. Foregoing statement is a bit general but the comparison here is magic circle silver circle firms and us firms compared to a sg big 4.
In simpler terms the intl firm person will be 5 to 6 years ahead of his peer at a sg firm in salary levels

To be clear. I heard the fruit basket and shoppee voucher was a thank you for working hard during covid gift.
As a big 4, am sure management has plans to raise salaries in line to match or keep pace with their OMB comrades.
Let us stay tuned instead of jumping to hasty conclusions
