Is it possible to enter the program without a cum laude (>3.4/4.0) ?

Job seeking now and finding it really tough to enter any program without a cum laude.

I got an email from DBS saying that they are in the midst of moderation for the final shortlisted candidates. Notification will be let known by end March. Seems like they are trying to prolong my agony of uncertainty.
