DBS does not use a month system. They use a pot system. But if you want to put a hard number on it it's roughly 2 months

Singtel MA is 3.8. But for the sake of argument even if it is indeed 4.2, I have no idea why you are comparing a MA program to a graduate program. DBS MA pay is higher than 4.2 and has way more bonus. What is your point again?
