yeah it's my first time posting and using this forum, and I'm utterly shocked at the amount of trolls and misleading posts here. I'd thought that since we're all experiencing this difficult hiring environment together we're in the same boat and would want to help each other.

one would also expect a higher level of maturity among the applicants for a graduate program.

I guess many who just graduated might not be jobless now.
