how many rounds in Standard Chartered?
I went to SCB for a Business Analyst role. Been thru 2 rounds already. Salary not yet been discussed, let alone negotiated.
How many more rounds might follow? In how many months? It is already Sept....

why some guys behave funny during job negotiations?
Hi,
In my company we interviewed this guy for a role. I told him "salary is 8k per month. is this okay?" He said, yes.
When we made the offer he says he cannot settle for 8k, wants 10k. I told him that we will give him bonuses to make up for the difference, he walked out.
We called him and offered him 8.5k.
Now he tells us "I know you are billing the client for 20k, so please pay me 15k".
I cannot find another guy in the market and this guys is just too difficult to deal with.
Jokers like this make a mockery of the system.

The only joker around is you – the way you do salary negotiation is unprofessional like pasar malam style is a disgrace to both your company and the HR world.

salary negotiation: pasar malam style
What is the professional way to negotiate salaries? isn't everyone trying to fleece each other? all stuff about win-win and see the big picture are nonsense. every dollar counts and now!!!
