You got offered for position in consumer/retail banking? That would explain the small variation.

That's interesting. From what i know Citi pays very well for their graduate program. You might want to share which operation or program are you in?

Hello! Was wondering, what are some of the differences between the MA Programmes in local banks and the Graduate Programmes (Back Office) in the foreign banks? From what I understand, the starting salary seems to be similar (around $4k), but what about the culture/ working environment, pay progression and bonus? Thanks in advance!

What about French banks such as Credit Agricole, BNP Paribus?
Oh there is also JP Morgan, Credit Suisse and others.
