try out sounds impossible man. no offense though. 2 yrs bond is a bit long. you mean previous one was just 6 mths? how about ocbc grad prog one?

ohhh.. since normal direct intake is only 6 mths, then apply that instead of the 2 yr bond lor.. ocbc i think its 9 mths or 12 mths. can't rmb.

All of DBS graduate associate program other than the ops and tech one are newly implemented this year so I don't think there will be much info on it. But for O&T the graduate program pay is higher than if you were a fresh grad direct hire in O&T. Not sure if it is a fast track program though. It is a relatively competitive program, though of course not comparable to its MA program. That one literally has a 99% reject rate.
