MOT interview

Hi, new to this forum and find it quite useful.

Question is what to expect on the interview as i understand its going to be a panal interview and some essay/test that needs to be done. Anyone been through the same? Mind sharing?

And also what is it like working there?

Been schedule for aninterview for an analysis opening at MOT.. so want to see if can have an idea abt the ministry...
