when would the job offer comes after the 2nd interview?

usually for jobs that require two interviews, if the candidate is shortlisted for a 2nd interview , when would the HR get back to the candidate after the 2nd interview if he is selected for the position

i know some hr do get back to the candidate on the same day of the 2nd interview or some offered employment on the spot

Public sector or private?

If public sector, usually between 2 weeks to 1 month.

If private, it depends, but should be faster than public sector.

can check, if the offer is given, can i delay with the other side hr the start date for let say around a month or so? don't wish to lose out on the year-end bonus payout.
