i see so many contract job postings that are (deliberately?) 11 months long. What is with public sector intentionally avoiding paying AWS?

BCA interview
Hi all,
I am interested in the role at BCA, went for interview on the 11th April. HR asked me on the 3rd May to wait another week for the outcome. Till today, haven't heard from them. I supposed it's over? Please advise. Thanks.

Hi, I went for interview at stat board A when I was still employed by stat board B. After the interview, I had tendered my resignation with stat board B. Subsequently stat board A called to offer me the job. Do i need to declare to stat bd A that I had tendered my resignation with stat board B? Thanks
