I was asked to try for 2 roles in a SB under my grp by current bosses. I attended 2 rounds of interviews with the final one in Dec. At the final interview, the line director said would bring me in told me who I am reporting to. So they will commence the processing and etc for role 2.

This week i received an update via the system that i m unsuccessful for role 1. Role 2 shows processing. HR which is processing told me will have an update for Role 2 next week?

Should i prepare for gd news or bad news ? I am more afraid that hopeful.

What triggered my fear is that my direct RO forwarded me an email of openings in other places. Do not know if the outcome is determined rdy or it is unrelate .

Non-G50 clearance role.

early Oct '24 - applied thru C@G
end Oct '24 - scheduled interview
early Nov '25 - panel interview with 3 Dirs & HR.
late Nov '25 - shortlisted, asked to do ref check
mid Dec '25 - informed by HR in midst of ref check, may take some time
early Jan '25 - HR informed mgmt still making final decisions. started to lose a bit of hope
end Jan '25 - Verbal offer by HR (no follow-up email after call)
early Feb '25 - LOA issued by VITAL.

Start work in March '25

12 YOE in a dip. holder role. Got my deg 2 years+ ago. Got a good bump of abt 20%
