then should be shorter turnaround time as compared to the Cat 1 screening kind.
they ask u if they can contact the listed refs?
tot is the moment u put into the form, by default is give permission for them to communicate regardless of whether u want or don't want?

maybe is just courtesy to call and inform that they will be contacting referrals but also ask me to fill additional forms after the call + email
