Sorry, just want to clarify a few data points here...

PGDE UTs have such a high starting base? Then after they go through NIE and becoming trained, wouldn't they immediately hit the ceiling?

For the 20YIS Female GEO5 7.3k, did you have a DipEd initially? Then crossed over to Deg payscale? Just wondering why the base is so low for 20YIS even after reaching GEO5.

Ceiling for GEO2(UT) is 5.4k, still got long way. Not withstanding ceiling will rise again in Oct.

i see, im guessing thats why the promotions are slowing down more since those numbers are already quite high?

yea but many of the suck up to SLs and cruisers are the ones getting promoted. so many hardworking people leaving the service.
