Sorry, just want to clarify a few data points here...
PGDE UTs have such a high starting base? Then after they go through
NIE and becoming trained, wouldn't they immediately hit the ceiling?
For the 20YIS Female GEO5 7.3k, did you have a DipEd initially? Then crossed over to Deg payscale? Just wondering why the base is so low for 20YIS even after reaching GEO5.
