Hi, I went on ML from June to Dec last year and I just checked that I am not ranked but still received bonus. How will this affect my promotion?

Context: just got promoted last year to GEO4

I am a GEO2, 2024 was my BT 1st year, I got a standard C. Then this year got a C again for work done at 2025. I was tasked to do so many things that is outside the role of a GEO 2, for year 2025. I don't get on how can my PB grade be the same for year 2024 and 2025. I will joyfully take it if I got a C+. Then this year I was appointed as OIC for CCA. If I am so lousy, why they want to appoint me as the OIC? The teacher/s under me is GEO5. I seriously don't understand this whole system.

Given this C grade again, I don't think I will be promoted this year. GEO 2 to GEO 3 only leh, do I have to volunteer myself as Assistant Year Head so that I can be promoted?

When will we know how much is our increment?

Same here. So tired of this when I’ve done more than our subgrade only to be given a C (1.25) when others who have just been coasting are getting C+. Really sick and tired of it.

Average performer but no adverse grade received before.

On the other hand, I heard of someone who received 3.5 months PB for 4 consecutive years and was only at GEO 4 for 5 years before he was promoted to the next. However, he denied the leaders were grooming him.

Both are just HOTs, so why is there is such a big discrepancy? Do age matters? What is the normal duration of each grade and the typical PB payout?

in my 8th year of geo3 - late 30s, also had a range of Bs and C+, and still geo3

Must learn how to s better. Its all relationships, nothing else.
