Boomer partners who still believe in squeezing people dry and grinding like a dog to climb the corporate ladder Biz model hasn't changed for donkey years. My former firm only implemented flex attire policy and digital audit in 2019.i heard auditors had to wear long sleeve shirt and tie to work 10 years ago.

No need tie, but yes last time need long sleeve shirt and business pants.
Flex came in a few years ago. But still need collared polo, tshirts are not allowed.

Throw letter before Christmas and leave during peak.I am sure everyone will hate me but who cares. Big 4 will continue to have severe turnover if they keep asking staff,senior to tank 2 to 3 person workload
