Turnover is not a new problem.
I’m not sure it even qualifies as a “problem” since it’s recurring every year and they have always dealt with it. It’s just… part and parcel of the firm operations.

Last I heard:
Associate
Orange - 4.5
Blue - 3.2 (fch), 3.1 (sec upper)
Green - 3
Yellow - 3.5/3.8
Not too sure about SA

May be true but:
1) Big 4s have revised their audit pay scheme. 3rd year is closer to 5k now
2) Seniors can easily exit with a 20% pay increment with their qualification
3) Higher potential to earn more in the long-term (e.g. CFO, deal advisory)
