As in your manager showed you your comp letter right? you saw your total annual base and just divided that by 12 to get 6160+?

Anyway congrats man, I didn't know AT2 had higher pay increment, some ex seeders told me AT and OT both same lol. I'm OT2 and mine's 6050, yours AT2 and 6160, we're both 5700 ( round down ) right, so that means AT2 is roughly 2% more pay increment than OT2... Interesting.

How hard was it to get AT2? I heard you need multiple TL recognition, not just your manager. Respect dude, I worked hard but can't even get OT1 lol.

Btw the guy who said he got OT1, what was your pay increment? I'm wondering if there's any diff between OT2 and OT1.

Yup exactly as you described, total base divided by 12 for 6160+.
Bonus was still 20k (around 3.5 months based on the 5.7k salary, or around 3.2 months based on 6.1k), dont think there was any diff there based on rating so maybe there's a benchmark and everyone got the same lump sum regardless which is nice.

Thanks dude, I wouldn't say I did a lot of OT in general, I still had good W/L balance. But the tasks were a bit complex and I worked on a lot of different projects with a few SVPs/EDs involved and I got a lot of face time with them which definitely helped.
