20 to 30k depending on your rating.

Minimum is 20k.

Same here, I'm OT1 though, don't know if that matters.

I didn't get 8%, mine is more like 6%. Did you get AT2? 8% from how much? 5.5k to 5.9k?

Yup AT2, but it's from 5.7k to 6.1k since I'm from the July 2022 batch and already saw one round of increment in Feb 2023.

I'll only find out the exact amount at the next salary cycle, but it should be approximately 6160 or so.
