For the last 3 years my appraisals with my boss took all of 2 minutes each. She'll just ask, anything to say? I say no. Then she says ok, can go.

She's younger than me and not that senior herself. The impression I get is she's not interested in advancing me. Countersigning officer is very hands off, not interested either. My appraisals have been C all the way. Is there any way out of this?

yeah me too. Its a norm. I started $5.5, 3YR service. Promoted twice. PB 5mths. I think i like losing out from my peers too.

Yup for sure it's a norm.. joined last yr, promoted this yr. started at $5.8k, now alr $7.5k. PB 6mths. i must be the peer who won both of you.. just keep working hard. one day u might just overtake me.

For civil service what is earliest date to tender for

1) 13th month + year-end bonus

2) Performance Bonus

IMO, that's pretty average. I joined in 2016 May, started at $7k, promoted once to $10.5. PB 11mths. Life is good too, that's why too free can come here and post.

Oh please .... My starting pay was 8k , promoted once to 15k . Total 7 years working experience ....


You guys are seriously underpaid ...
