Does anyone knows how is CEP computed for fresh local university graduates?
What are the influencing factors?
Any chances of review as career progresses?
TIA!

Unfortunately cep is fixed . Farmer cep is senior manager at career retirement assuming good performance.
You should have studied harder and get a scholarship.
That being said job is stable and bonus are good in the agriculture sector.

Not true. CEP can and do change. BUT it is not yearly change.... although a yearly review is conducted...
Farmer CEP starts at about 3 grades above entry point BUT after awhile if you are a B performer your CEP should be at DD level. For A normally will be D level..

Yes you will be. Your 2017 bonus is prorated. The total amt of bonus u get from 2017 is
The amount you get =no of days you worked in 17/no of working days in 17
≈0÷300
=0

Wow... not the sharpest tool in the shed ah... thought the previous poster made the answer crystal clear. Should be interesting if you do end up joining in 2018 and ask similar questions at work.

does a DD in LTA/ MOE hold more weight (and salary) than a DD in MTI/ MCYS?
DD in LTA/ MOE seems to be very big shots.

Don't think DD in LTA are very big shots. There are directors and group directors above them.
