Is this basic or annual / 12? From glassdoor can careerfuture, generally OCBC AVP is like $6k to $13.5k only.
UOB AVP is even lower like around $6k to $10k

Should I sell my HDB flat to finance my school’s banking/finance education overseas?
Son can get into NUS BBA, but don’t want to study local.
He wants to go to LSE for Economics and possibly a Masters at London Business School after.
Being shy, he also does not like to share flat with foreign students, and he prefers living in a studio.
Total cost of school fees+accommodation food and transport is estimated at around $350,000.

Crazy. Ask him take the debt on himself if he wants such a privileged lifestyle.
You gamble so much on him, he might not even return the favour in the future.

The total cost should be closer to $4ook inclusive of living expenses, air fares food and holidays. While he will get a shot in competing for the most lucrative jobs in banking and consultancy industries there's no guarantee that he will finally be offered a desirable position in view of intense competitions coming from locals and international applicants.
Always bare in mind with such investment it is difficult to justify the ROI as he needs to secure high level entry jobs not just any entry job in London. Do take note of the living expenses plus the much higher level of personal income tax over there.
