Anyone know what is the base salary range for fvp or vp2? Also, how many months bonus for average performer?

VP2 10-14k
FVP 13-16k?

Does anyone know the salary ranges for UOB SVP and OCBC ED?

Also, comparing benefits between the two banks, which bank is better?

OCBC back in 2021 under the old rank structure
Big 3 FCH fresh grad, Associate 8: $3600
Second upper fresh A8: $3400-3500
Private uni 1YOE, AM7: $3800

I hope they have improved over the years, esp since AM is now the starting rank, so treat this as the lower bound.

Known of one offered by DBS in 2023. Private uni with ~1-1.5 YOE. 5.5k MO. This was roughly when the bank started their pay adjustment. Fresh grad really depends on which job function and what department.

dbs analyst $5.5k wow. im assoc in dbs and i earn lesser than analyst.

This was for Associate ranked. Middle office. Can't compare to fresh grad analyst tbh, since this person has experience.
