UOB has VP1 which is just a senior AVP equivalent, and VP2 which is the actual VP equivalent of other banks. Either way 270k is more like FVP or even SVP range

You are probably looking at FVP... VP don't hit that much, still quite junior

Local bank, VP role. Was contacted directly by the hiring manager about a month ago and went for my first interview about three weeks ago. Was told that I was one of the first few to interview and there was going to be several others later on. No reply from the hiring manager till now. What are the odds of securing the next interview?
