Hospital (Private or Public) Designation and Salary Range

Anybody transferred between clusters? Beside same salary, how about the leave? Is it necessary to clear all the leave/encash at existing cluster, before transferring to the next cluster?

I don’t get why people always say “what do you think”. Like just testing if you’ll say the “right” thing. In hospitals, this kind of passive-aggressive talk happens way too often. Instead of being upfront, they throw it back at you and make you second-guess yourself. The place is already stressful enough, why add mind games on top of it? Just be straight and say what you mean lah

Passes mostly for core business of the hospital, e.g. nurses and doctors
