I'll sum up the career progression for big 4 firms
Theres basically 3 path, audit, tax and advisory.
First you start off as an Associate
2 - 3 Years -> Senior associate
4 - 6 Years -> Executive senior
5 - 7 Years -> Manger
6 - 8 Years -> Senior Manager
9 - 12 Years -> Executive director
10 - 15 Years -> Senior Executive director / Partner
Hope this helps.
