yah somemore now he track who ask questions people dare to really point out management issues meh? Dare to tell them the facts meh? See so many leaders above promote please lah their one promotion can cover how many A or SA? Tell some crap story promotion depend on budget but end up still say meritocracy, the fact it depends on project budget itself is not entirely meritocracy alr ok, what if someone is high performer but damn suay project bo money (people there’s many of such in acn ok, selling projects at a loss really shows the poor mgmt abilities)

Promotion based entirely on merit is straight up ********. Definitely there are those deserving of promotion good for them, but we all can see and as we have all seen the past few years to today, there have been people who got fast track promotion even not because they excel and project will die without them, but they can bootlick damn fking well or have people lead who are damn influential like I’ve seen A , SA and C have MDs as their PL, all of the counselees promoted either on time or fast track wtf??
