Is it cos you no NS ? Hearsay fresh grad all Min 4.5k those w 1 year also 4.7k or so.

Pay is depend on business unit. But more or less same. Diploma holders are the underpaid staffs in E5 or E6

private degree doing software, started with 3.8k basic E5, now after 3+ years and 1 promotion, i am almost 4.6k, i heard the fresh grad who joined this year in my department whom is also a private degree holder got offered 4.8k

To be fair, degree costs 3 to 4 years more than diploma.
That is a lot of time, money, effort and lost opportunities.

Totally agree on this...culture really toxic and if you cannot make it u will have brain damage, if you can make it you are part of the clown...which if you realize one day later you cmi during interview question...cos your brain so much worm inside...

Fair? I guess so? Employee comes and goes anyway if they feel they're capable of earning more. Doesn't matter you dip or deg. lol.
