No mid year bonus.. the perf bonus is in jun the year end cvb is in dec. Not civil service


I didnt know the ceiling for jg5 is 10k before i got promoted to jg6 last year my pay less than 7k i only broke 7 after promo looks like im some cheap labour

Indeed existing staff are all cheap labours. This is how they retain ppl.
Existing staff are lowballed with peanuts increment.
No wonder turn over rate so high. Look at the current fresh hires employee id.

Anyway, appreciate the saf cpt, thanks for sharing. You had sort of exposed how this company treat their existing staff. Hope HR wont give you trouble for this.

I think all the govt service like this one. Always so secretive about the salary. I think v no go.
They pay people based on how much they think they can get outside and not based on how much work you do one.

In saf also, ppl do same job but because come into service different year then the pay adjustment never care about those alr inside.

I also don't like it.

Please advise what is the salary celling for JG3 and 4.

What your salary now? Mine 8k previously then bonus is 2.65 and increment 5.6% now 8.5k

I see got people 4.5% for 3 in the previous post

I am one of them get 3 but 4.5% up but I am JG4
