i think there might be a lack of roles at lower job grades, also if your friend is not pink or blue IC, very hard to get EP or SP. i have friends who were foreign students struggling to get jobs.. then i wonder how a particular country can flood chennai business park

but i think there are many open roles at higher job grades... which ppl say name smelly lao jiao dont want to join

Ya. Overall bonus lower. Makes it seem like the adjustment is a lie.

Have to navigate solve your own problems, don't expect your colleagues or RO to give you guidance and support. You will go through baptism of fire for months until your moral and mental health are severely affected. Mid management lacks of leadership and join the Yes man community. Management is not too far off by making decision based on guy feel and not factual. Very unfortunate if being deployed to the wrong department. Yelling, shouting, accusation, condescending, blaming happens very often. Working hours are long and weekends are a norm. Process are lengthy and manual, expectation is ZERO errors.

Any idea what to expect for JG5 Assistant Manager position in business dev / Corporate Services? Hopefully someone can share the range. I have >15 YOE. Thanks.
