Indeed existing staff are all cheap labours. This is how they retain ppl.
Existing staff are lowballed with peanuts increment.
No wonder turn over rate so high. Look at the current fresh hires employee id.
Anyway, appreciate the
saf cpt, thanks for sharing. You had sort of exposed how this company treat their existing staff. Hope HR wont give you trouble for this.
