Just join ncs for last year. May I check what is the expected bonus and increment for an above average performance

average is around 2months

Same. Mostly is hard mentality. Like go in as a platoon of students just grad but exposure is like working as slave. No body care u as employee one.

hmm probably right, they organized a lot of events/meetups/courses for us which i don't even have time to attend. but i think depends on luck, i see some of us always attend such events, seems like they are the lucky ones in better projects.

Not they are better project. they have too much free time.

is it normal that a team lead is technically incompetent?
Just because Business Analyst so don't have to know anything about coding?

Don't even know how to answer technical questions, only know to re-direct to someone else

That really sucks. LOL i always thought is the PM/manager that is technically incompetent.

in a Gov project, the PM from one of the home team agencies only know how to forward messages and emails to us. Not sure why do we even need them.
