The latest update by the developer is 13 June 2023 officially. They will try to complete it by the end of 2022. Now, 6th storey already.

As of now, is Mont Botanik. But TOP dates are not far between the two.
If Mont Botanik is completed by the end of 2022 (not official), Midwood officially is March 2023... So 3 months apart.

Midwood's construction progress is very fast too. 24th floor for block 10 (5 floors to go), 19th floor for block 8 (10 floors to go) as of today.
