As of now, is Mont Botanik. But TOP dates are not far between the two.
If Mont Botanik is completed by the end of 2022 (not official), Midwood officially is March 2023... So 3 months apart.
Midwood's construction progress is very fast too. 24th floor for block 10 (5 floors to go), 19th floor for block 8 (10 floors to go) as of today.
