Residences at Dunman Road is under URA Reserved Land


The land parcel is less than 100m away from Dakota MRT Station on the Circle Line, providing easy access to the city centre and other parts of Singapore. It is also conveniently linked to major roads and expressways such as East Coast Parkway (ECP) and Mountbatten Road.

The land parcel is located at Dunman Road which is under Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) Reverse List. This Reserve List are not released for tender immediately, but are made available for application instead. A Reserve List site will be put up for tender only when a developer has indicated a minimum price which is accepted by the Government.


A site on the reserve list is triggered for launch if a developer's indicated minimum price in its application is acceptable to the Government. This is as opposed to confirmed list sites, which are launched according to a schedule, regardless of demand.


Dunman Road site has an area of 25,234.7 sq m and a maximum GFA of 88,322 sq m. Maximum height for the building is 64m AMSL, with the site expected to yield about 1,040 housing units, according to URA estimates. This land parcel is lease tenure of 99 years.
