technically, you can say so. i have 3 heads (1 more i am still covering) reporting to me and i am pretty sure they are earning more than me, all of them are older than me.

btw, AD and some SAD in a ministry is only mx11a. unless they are at the ceiling else they wouldn't be pay 8k.

The 6k floor to ceiling range for Head is huge.

Nope. Diploma holder with 10 years of experience. The job i'm applying is relevant to my work experiences. Currently only drawing 3k. Previously i had a salary of 3.5k in my previous job though
