They didn't specify. After evaluation, they are now saying the offer is Deputy Head. What grade is that and what's the salary range, is it comparable to MX10 or MX11a?

And anyone has experience what it is like in the SNDG division in terms of culture as oppose to other division in MDDI? What can I expect in terms of salary and grade.

What levels are eligible for the next salary adjustment upwards to keep up with market rates? Is it just junior roles, or are MX11a and above getting it too?

I am currently working in the private sector at 40 years old, earning approximately S$240k–S$250k annually. What level or position in a statutory board would typically offer a similar salary range?
