Anyone knows whats grade P4? I cant seem to find info about such a grade, usually its MX grades only

37 this yr, just joined CS few months ago at mx11, like that means i have low CEP and no chance to promote much right?
somemore mine seems to be a rather low position
already having thoughts of leaving within a few years once economy gets better, can anyone please advise?

Go8 degree from aussie, no honours but based on grades could have been second uppers if i cont 
10 yrs of exp in sme
job scope to take care of IT projects and initiatives for dept, around 4 staff and I report to DD

you just joined, cep is default. give you mx11 is because of your work experience

33 this year, offered MX11 at 5.7k
FCH and Masters. Is it a good salary?
