that's the range of a mnc regional role of approx 12 - 16k with 2-6 months bonus.

My JC class (triple science) produced 7 doctors. I went banking route. Parents initially thought I was a failure untill they realised banking paid me about double what I could have got pursuing the medicine path.
Now, my 2nd brother is also pursuing banking (instead of medicine). Next generation, all parents will wish their kids to be bankers, lawyers, doctors.

if you are a male with degree with 2.5-3 years exp..
78k annual is alot already.
I suppose your basic is about 4.5-4.8k range...with just 2.5-3 years of working exp..
I have been working close to 5 years, my annual is only 68k-70k range(still with my 1st company)

24 yo this year. Dip holder only
2 year working experience in insurance industry
starting pay at 1.8k with no insurance certification
now i got full basic cert but only getting 26k P.A. ex bonus..
have i switch from overpaid to underpaid now?
